The Education Bureau announces:
As the Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 8 between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. tomorrow (September 1), classes of all schools will be suspended tomorrow. 
The start of the school year will be postponed to 4th September (Monday). The class hours will be from 8:30 AM to 12:20 PM. Parents, please pay attention.
