This summer activity will be canceled if any of the following signals is issued or still in force 3 hours before the activity is scheduled to begin:

 

(1) Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above; or

(2) Red/Black Rainstorm Signal; or

(3) If the Education Bureau has announced class suspension.
